Pasta with Cream Cheese and Tomatoes
- 1/2 pounds Pasta
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cups Pasta Water
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 18 whole Grape Tomatoes
- Boil your pasta.
- Place cream cheese in a serving bowl.
- Once pasta is done, pour it over top of the cream cheese.
- Add pasta water.
- Stir until cream cheese is completely melted and covers all the pasta.
- Add the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix that in with the pasta.
- Add tomatoes.
- Stir and enjoy!
- Recipe can totally be doubled to make more!
