Chai-Spiced Caramel Bananas
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1/4 cups Coconut Palm Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Full-fat Coconut Milk, Cold
- 18 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 18 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 18 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- 2 dashes Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 whole Dropper-full Of NuNaturals Liquid Vanilla Stevia
- 3 Medium Bananas, Peeled And Sliced In Slight Diagonal Slices
- Vanilla Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert (dairy-free Ice Cream)
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- When its melted, add the coconut sugar and stir it in.
- Add the coconut milk and blend thoroughly.
- Stir frequently as you add the spices, pepper, and stevia, cooking for about 3 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly and resembles a dark caramel sauce.
- Reduce the heat and add the banana slices and heat through.
- Serve in bowls over the ice cream and top with whipped cream if you like.
