Cheesy Ravioli and Italian Sausage Skillet

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned, 3-5 minutes, crumbling sausage as it cooks.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in ravioli and water.
  5. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until ravioli is tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Place under your broiler and cook until melted and golden brown, 2-4 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
