Mushroom Swiss Chicken

  1. Preheat oven 375*
  2. In a 9x13 cake pan place chicken breasts in a single layer.
  3. Add spinach and sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper
  5. In a microwave safe bowl heart water, butter, onions, and base.
  6. Cut chunks of cream cheese in to warmed liquid.
  7. Whisk liquid until well blended.
  8. Pour liquid over spinach, mushrooms, and chicken.
  9. Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the pan, but do not seal.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle cheese over chicken, place back in there oven.
  13. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
