Veal Cutlet Parmijani Recipe
- Thinly sliced veal
- 1 can Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Flour for coating cutlets
- Roll or possibly ball of Mozzarella cheese
- Oil for frying
- Heat oil for frying in a large skillet.
- Coat veal cutlets in flour and brown both sides in the warm oil.
- Remove to a large roasting pan.
- Pour Marinara sauce over and sprinkle with oregano.
- Lay a thin slice of Mozzarella cheese on each.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 min.
- Good with garlic bread.
