Veal Cutlet Parmijani Recipe

  1. Heat oil for frying in a large skillet.
  2. Coat veal cutlets in flour and brown both sides in the warm oil.
  3. Remove to a large roasting pan.
  4. Pour Marinara sauce over and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Lay a thin slice of Mozzarella cheese on each.
  6. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 min.
  7. Good with garlic bread.
