Easy Low Calorie Scones
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 Milk
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Check the stickiness of the dough and add the milk as necessary.
- When the dough has come together, roll it out to a thickness of around 1 cm.
- Dust the work surface and your hands with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Fold it over then roll it out.
- Do this a few times.
- Cut the dough into your preferred sizes.
- Bake at 180C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
