Easy Low Calorie Scones

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Check the stickiness of the dough and add the milk as necessary.
  3. When the dough has come together, roll it out to a thickness of around 1 cm.
  4. Dust the work surface and your hands with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
  5. Fold it over then roll it out.
  6. Do this a few times.
  7. Cut the dough into your preferred sizes.
  8. Bake at 180C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
