Sweet & Savory Fried Mackerel
- 2 fillets Mackerel fillet
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Oil for deep frying
- Remove fish bones and slice on a diagonal into about 2 cm thickness.
- Mix all ingredients and leave for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Drain the Step 2 mackerels a little, and lightly sprinkle with the katakuriko.
- Heat oil in a frying over medium heat, fry the mackerel pieces, and it's done.
