Bacon Dip

  1. Step 1: In a large frying pan, fry up the pound of bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Step 2: In a large mixing bow, mix together the yogurt, mayo, green onions, parsley, and garlic salt.
  5. Step 3: Crush the bacon into smaller pieces and add to the dip.
  6. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Best if made early in the day and eaten later on in the day.
  8. Serve with raw vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, celery, bell peppers and cucumbers.
