Bacon Dip
- 1 container Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 5 stalks Green Onions, Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder Or Salt
- 1 pound Bacon
- Step 1: In a large frying pan, fry up the pound of bacon until crisp.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
- Let cool.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bow, mix together the yogurt, mayo, green onions, parsley, and garlic salt.
- Step 3: Crush the bacon into smaller pieces and add to the dip.
- Cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Best if made early in the day and eaten later on in the day.
- Serve with raw vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, celery, bell peppers and cucumbers.
