Pork Bits and Pea Shoots Stir-Fried with Ginger and Pepper

  1. Rub sake and soy sauce into the pork.
  2. Julienne the ginger.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and saute the ginger.
  4. When fragrant, add pork and grill.
  5. When it's about 80% cooked, add condiments.
  6. Add bean shoots and stir-fry.
  7. Sprinkle on some black pepper to finish.
