Mushrooms stuffed in meat loaf

  1. Mix the spices together set aside preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the loaf ingredients together.
  3. Take a loaf pan spray with nonstick spray.
  4. Line the bottom and sides with the loaf ingredients saving some for the top.
  5. You want the loaf hollow.
  6. Take the stuffing ingredients except the eggs.
  7. Take half the stuffing and put into hollow part of loaf.
  8. Make four little compartments with the stuffing.
  9. Crack the eggs add one to each compartment.
  10. Gently add the rest of the stuffing ingredients and top off with the rest of loaf ingredients.
  11. Make a groove and add softened butter in groove on top.
  12. Bake in the oven till done.
  13. 1 hour.
  14. Let sit 5 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
  15. Serve with mushroom meat gravy.
