Boneless Chicken Breast topped with Stuffing Mix
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Stuffing mix, enough to cover the top of chicken completely
- In a 13x9x2 baking dish pour cream of chicken soup and water.
- Add chicken breast on top.
- Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.
- Put stuffing mix over the top of the chicken, covering the entire top.
- Bake covered at 350F for 1-1/2 hours.
