Carolina Injection & Rub

• 14 cup cider vinegar
• 14 cup ketchup
• 3 tablespoons hot sauce
• 1 12 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 12 teaspoon celery salt
• 12 teaspoon dry mustard
• 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1. Whisk together vinegar, ketchup, hot sauce, worcestershire and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
2. Evenly inject into turkey all over.
3. Rub mix together paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, dry mustard, and cayenne.
4. Season the turkey with salt, then pat on the rub.
