Constant Comment Holiday Punch

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add tea bags, cover and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags.
  3. Allow tea to cool; then chill.
  4. Just before serving time, combine tea, ginger ale, juice concentrates, pineapple and cherries in a large punch bowl.
  5. Float scoops of sherbet on top.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves, if using.
