Jicama with chinese mushroom

  1. Using a small knife, cut off the top and bottom of the jicama, remove the outer inedible skin.
  2. Grate the white flesh into shreds.
  3. Soak the dried mushroom till softened.
  4. Use kitchen scissors to remove the stalks and cut the mushroom into shreds.
  5. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat.
  6. Add in jicama and mushroom, stir fry till both cooked.
  7. Add in light soya sauce and white pepper powder.
  8. Stir fry evenly.
  9. Ready to serve with rice.
