Almost Sushi Bowl

  1. Toss all ingredients except pickled ginger and soy sauce in a serving bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce to taste.
  3. Garnish with pickled ginger, if desired.
  4. Eat.
  5. Nom nom nom.
  6. NOTES: I used brown rice in place of sushi rice and ground flax seed in place of toasted sesame.
  7. This is just my take on the only roll I ever eat, so you could definitely change things up and add whatever you like; pickled ginger, smoked salmon, etc.
  8. I cut my ingredients into bite-sized slices.
  9. Definitely put more veggies or add-ins than the picture above, because, thats just for the picture only and as I got to the end of the bowl, there wasnt enough.
  10. Also, use a bigger bowl than I did.
  11. Just do it.
