Vickys Peach & Apricot Smoothie
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
- 1/2 peach, sliced and frozen overnight
- 1 apricot
- 150 ml light coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
- Canned peaches and apricots are fine!
- I used canned breakfast apricots and added extra as they are smaller and already pitted, then I adjusted the thickness by adding more thin coconut milk
