Sausage & Cheese Puff Recipe

• 1 pound bulk sausage
• 18 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. light cream
• 1 tbsp. chopped dry onion
• 8 ounce. cheddar cheese, sliced

1. In 10 inch skillet cook sausage till browned, drain.
2. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
3. In large mixer bowl, beat Large eggs about 6 min, or possibly till slightly thickened.
4. Beat in cream and onion.
5. Pour into greased pan; sprinkle with sausage.
6. Top with cheese slices.
7. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
8. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 min longer.
9. Serve immediately.
10. Serves 12.
