Sausage & Cheese Puff Recipe
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 18 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 tbsp. chopped dry onion
- 8 ounce. cheddar cheese, sliced
- In 10 inch skillet cook sausage till browned, drain.
- Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- In large mixer bowl, beat Large eggs about 6 min, or possibly till slightly thickened.
- Beat in cream and onion.
- Pour into greased pan; sprinkle with sausage.
- Top with cheese slices.
- Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
- Uncover and bake 10 to 15 min longer.
- Serve immediately.
- Serves 12.
