Thai Country Style Fish (Pla Nai Suan Rot Det)

  1. 500gr Fish slices fried to crispy golden color, let rest.
  2. fry to golden color 5 shallots and 5 large garlic cloves, let rest.
  3. chop 2 shallots, 2 large garlic cloves, 2 coriander springs and 2 green onions
  4. mix 2 tbls fish sauce, 2 tbls lime juice, 1 tbls sugar, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsl roasted & pounded rice .
  5. mix 3 and 4.
  6. 2 boiled eggs, cut into quarters.
  7. on a plate arrange fish, boiled eggs, add fried onions, garlic, pour the herbs.
  8. garnish with mint and roasted dry chilli.
