Macrobiotic Maple Cookies
- 80 grams Flour (cake flour)
- 30 grams Whole wheat flour
- 60 grams Katakuriko
- 1 dash Salt
- 4 tbsp Canola oil
- 3 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
- Mix the ingredients marked together, and then in another bowl mix together the marked ingredients.
- Mix the combined ingredients into the ingredient mixture.
- Roll the dough into a 3 cm wide tube, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into circles about 1 cm thick.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
