Macrobiotic Maple Cookies

  1. Mix the ingredients marked together, and then in another bowl mix together the marked ingredients.
  2. Mix the combined ingredients into the ingredient mixture.
  3. Roll the dough into a 3 cm wide tube, and let rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the dough into circles about 1 cm thick.
  5. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
