Pickled Red Beets (From Canned Beets) Recipe

  1. Drain beets.
  2. Mix beet juice, sugar and vinegar in pot; bring to boil.
  3. Boil 5 min.
  4. Add in red beets to water mix and bring to boil.
  5. Boil 5 min.
  6. Put into jars.
  7. Put into ice box.
  8. Ready to eat after 10 days.
