blueberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 200c, 180 for fan ass ovens, place muffin cases in muffin tin.
  2. wash blueberries in cold water and set aside
  3. stir muffin mix, milk, egg and oil in a med bowl (batter will be lumpy ) Gently fold blueberries into the batter (do not mix vigorously) Spoon batter equally among muffin cases.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven dir 18-20 mins or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.
  5. cool for 5 mins then remove from tin
