Sweet and Sour Meatball Skewers
- 32 frozen fully cooked meatballs, thawed
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
- 14 cup apricot jam
- 14 cup barbecue sauce
- Heat grill.
- Thread meatballs and peppers alternately onto 4 skewers.
- Microwave jam in small bowl on high for 15 seconds.
- Stir in barbecue sauce.
- Brush 1/2 onto kabobs.
- Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until meatballs are heated through and peppers are crisp tender, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining jam mixture the last 2 minutes.
