Gorgeous But Simple Sushi Cake

  1. Cook and make the sushi rice.
  2. Divide into 2 portions.
  3. Spread half of the salmon scraps over the bottom of an 18 cm round cake pan.
  4. Try to make them as flat as possible.
  5. Cover the salmon with half of the sushi rice.
  6. Top that with more salmon scraps, and then cover with more sushi rice.
  7. Push down on the sushi rice to flatten it all together.
  8. Get a plate ready and flip the sushi cake right onto it!
  9. Then decorate with shredded omelet, salmon, etc.
  10. for the finishing touch.
