Grilled Tuna Burgers With Wasabi Mayonnaise

  1. MAKE THE BURGERS:.
  2. Place tuna, cilantro leaves, mayonnaise, and mustard in a food processor.
  3. Pulse 5 or 6 times or until coarsely ground.
  4. Add breadcrumbs, shallots or green onions, fresh ginger, soy sauce or tamari, and pepper, and 1 or 2 times, to combine.
  5. Form 4(1" thick)patties, chill 1 hour.
  6. Grill burgers over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes on each side to desired degree of doneness.
  7. Remove from grill; cover loosely, and let rest 3-4 minutes.
  8. WASABI MAYONNAISE:.
  9. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to blend.
  10. Refrigerate in airtight container until ready to serve.
  11. ASSEMBLY:.
  12. Serve on toasted challah bread with Wasabi Mayonnaise, avocado, cucumber or tomato slices, and watercress.
  13. Enjoy!
