Chicken Divan Casserole

  1. Put the chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, and microwave on high in 2-minute increments until the cheese is melted and will incorporate into the soup when stirred.
  2. Add the chicken, broccoli, and 1/2 the stuffing (1/4 of the total package) and mix well.
  3. Top with the remaining stuffing and bake at 325F for 30 45 minutes, until the cheese starts to bubble through the topping.
  4. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Its even better the next day!
