Chicken Divan Casserole
- 1 pound Cooked Chicken, Cubed
- 1 box (10 Oz. Box) Chopped, Frozen Broccoli, Thawed
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Chicken Broth
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 pound Shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 packages (16 Oz. Package) Seasoned Cubed Stuffing (I Use Pepperidge Farm)
- Put the chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, and microwave on high in 2-minute increments until the cheese is melted and will incorporate into the soup when stirred.
- Add the chicken, broccoli, and 1/2 the stuffing (1/4 of the total package) and mix well.
- Top with the remaining stuffing and bake at 325F for 30 45 minutes, until the cheese starts to bubble through the topping.
- Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
- Its even better the next day!
