Burrito

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef to brown.
  3. Drain if necessary.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic and cook 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cumin and cook 1 minute.
  6. Add beans, broth and chillies and cook until beans are creamy and thickened, crushing beans with the back of a spoon about 20 minutes.
  7. Put into serving bowl and top with green onion.
  8. Serve with warmed tortillas, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
