Sugar Snap Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 12 minutes.
  2. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl; add peas and onions.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over potato mixture and gently toss to coat.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
