Pork chops & gravy

  1. Season pork with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic
  2. Brown pork chops in a pan with oil on medium.
  3. 3 minutes each side.
  4. Remove pork from pan.
  5. Add soup and broth to pan and whisk to remove pork bits
  6. Lay sliced onion and sliced mushrooms on bottom of slow cooker.
  7. Top with pork and soup mixture
  8. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs or until tender.
  9. Serve over rice if desired.
