Beef Potato Roulades Recipe

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

  6. Place approximately 2 Tbsp.

  8. Roll as a jelly roll and fasten with wooden picks.
  9. Brown meat in cooking fat.
  10. Pour off drippings.
  11. Add in water.
  12. Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
  13. Remove meat to heated platter.
  14. Thicken cooking liquid with flour for gravy.
