Shrimp fried rice
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 medium eggs, scrambled
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 3 cup cooked rice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 zucchini
- 3 carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 2 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 cayenne pepper, to taste
- Heat wok or large skillet with oil (peanut, vegetable, or canola) and scramble the eggs in oil.
- Add everything except the rice and soy sauce.
- Heat until shrimp is cooked through.
- When shrimp is cooked, add rice and soy sauce.
- Stir until all ingredients well mixed.
- Enjoy!
