New England Chicken & Corn Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Line 9-inch pie pan with crust.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat eggs slightly in bowl; stir in half & half.
  5. Stir in all remaining filling ingredients; mix well.
  6. Pour egg mixture into crust.
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into wedges.
