Herbed Chicken and Rice

  1. In a skillet, saute the chicken in butter for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots and onion; saute until tender.
  3. Add water and seasonings; bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the rice.
  5. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with walnuts.
