Fattoush Salad

  1. Place Philly* in a baking tray and coat with garlic and olive oil.
  2. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until Philly* is golden brown.
  3. Drain and reserve oil for dressing.
  4. Arrange cucumber, tomatoes, bagel chips on a serving platter with baked Philly*.
  5. Combine reserved oil and the remaining dressing ingredients.
  6. Drizzle over salad.
