Bacon-Mex Burgers
- 1 34 lbs ground chuck
- 1 egg (optional)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- mayonnaise (for topping)
- 4 slices avocados
- 4 slices crisp cooked bacon
- 4 tomatoes, slices (optional)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 onions, slices
- 4 pickles, slices
- Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
- Cook on grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes each side.
- Toast 4 buns and spread with mayo, add avacado slices, and cooked bacon.
