Black Bean and Corn Salsa
- 1 can Black Beans, Drained
- 1 can Shoepeg (white) Corn, Drained
- 4 ounces, fluid Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- Pepper & Garlic Powder To Taste
- 1 bag Fritos Scoops
- Combine beans, corn and feta in medium bowl.
- In separate bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, pepper and garlic.
- Stir until well blended and pour over black bean mixture.
- Serve at room temperature with Fritos scoops.
- Enjoy!
