Pork Chop And Rice Bake (Microwave) Recipe
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1/2 c. water
- Salt and pepper
- 4 (1 1/2 lbs.) pork chops
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can golden brown mushroom soup
- In 2-qt casserole arrange rice proportionately over bottom.
- Cover with water, salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange pork chops with meaty portions towards outside edges over rice.
- Salt and pepper.
- Arrange sliced onion rings proportionately over chops.
- Spoon soup over top of this.
- Microwave at 50% covered, 45 min.
- If you like, add in 2 more chops and an additional 15 min cooking time.
