Sun-Dried Tomato Meatloaf

  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2.
  3. Heat oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat then add onions and carrots.
  4. Cook onions and carrots until tender.

  6. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (including onion mixture) by hand.
  7. Transfer mixture into a greased standard size loaf pan.
  8. 4.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
