Nacho Grande Casserole
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (16 ounce) cansspicy chili beans
- 16 ounces frozen corn, thawed
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 14 ounces taco seasoning mix
- 3 cups monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend, shredded
- 3 cups plain Doritos, crushed and divided (regular kind)

- green onion, chopped
- Cook beef and onion in large pan until cooked.
- Drain.
- Add beans, corn, tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
- Stir well.
- Simmer over medium heat 10 minutes.
- Pour half of meat mixture into lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish.
- Top with 1 1/2 cups cheese and half of crushed chips.
- Top with remaining beef mixture and top with remaining chips and cheese.
- Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and onion, serve.
