Chipped Beef Pot Pie Recipe
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. warm fat
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt
- 2 c. peas
- 1/4 ounce. dry beef, cut up
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. carrots
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 bouillon cube
- Saute/fry onions and beef in warm fat.
- Stir in flour and seasonings.
- Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer till soft.
- Pour into casserole and drop dough on top and bake.
