Berries And Cream Crepes Recipe

  1. In a bowl combine berries, sugar and a squirt of lemon.
  2. Toss to combine.
  3. Spread 2 Tbsp.
  4. lowfat sour cream over crepe.
  5. Top with 1/4 of the berry mix.
  6. Fold into quarters and serve with Berry Coulis.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. Berry coulis: In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  9. Process till smooth.
  10. Pour through a fine-meshed sieve to remove the seeds and chill till ready to serve.
  11. (Makes approximately 2 c.)
  12. This recipe yields 4 servings.
