Harvest Stuffed Pork Loin

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  3. Remove from heat; gently stir in fruit, nuts and sage.
  4. Open meat; place, cut-side up, on work surface.
  5. Top with stuffing; roll up, starting at one long side.
  6. Place, seam-side down, on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake 45 min.
  9. or until meat is done (160 degrees F).
  10. Let stand 10 min.
  11. before slicing.
