Cute Touch for Gateau au Chocolat

• 15 Strawberries
• 1 Whip cream
• 1 Chocolate coating (melted in a microwave)
• 1 see How to make Gateau au Chocolat

1. Pipe the cupcake cups up to 70% with batter and bake in the oven.
2. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate and place them a sheet of baking paper.
3. Chill and set in the refrigerator.
4. Completely cool the baked gateau au chocolate!
5. Pipe some cream on top of the gateau au chocolat cupcakes, then top each with a strawberry.
