Pink Peach Popcorn Balls Recipe

• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 c. light corn syrup
• 1 pkg. red gelatin
• 1 c. minced peanuts
• 9 c. popped corn

1. Combine syrup and sugar and bring to a boil; remove from heat.
2. Add in gelatin, stirring till dissolved.
3. Add in nuts and mix; pour over popcorn.
4. Form 3-inch balls.
5. Dip hands in cool water before handling.
