Pork-Wrapped Pickles

  1. Spread out the pork slices.
  2. Powder lightly with flour.
  3. Wrap around the pickles, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  5. Pan-fry the pork wraps with the seam side down.
  6. Add white wine.
  7. It's ready to eat when the pork is cooked thoroughly.
  8. *I used pickled samphire (made in Hawaii).
