Pork-Wrapped Pickles
- 6 slice Thinly sliced pork thigh
- 1 enough to be wrapped with pork slices Pickles of your choice
- 1 tbsp White wine
- 1 Flour, salt, pepper, olive oil
- Spread out the pork slices.
- Powder lightly with flour.
- Wrap around the pickles, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Pan-fry the pork wraps with the seam side down.
- Add white wine.
- It's ready to eat when the pork is cooked thoroughly.
- *I used pickled samphire (made in Hawaii).
