Mince Meat Drop Cookies Recipe

• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c. mince meat
• 1 1/4 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

1. Grease cookie sheets.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Beat till smooth.
4. Add in egg, stir in mince meat.
5. Sift flour with baking pwdr and add in to creamed mix, mixing till blended.
6. Drop on cookie sheets by teaspoonfuls 1" apart.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min or possibly till brown.
