Artichokes with Butter and Parmigiano Cheese

  1. Place drained artichokes near stovetop.
  2. Melt butter in skillet over moderate heat.
  3. Add artichokes and heat through, 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and cover with a blanket of cheese and parsley.
  6. Serve hot.
