Italiano Salami Sandwich
- 2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 3 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1-1/2 cups red wine vinegar
- 96 slices Italian bread, sliced
- 288 slices OSCAR MAYER Cotto Salami Stacks, 1/2 oz. Slice
- 48 slices Sliced provolone cheese
- 1-1/2 qt. Canned roasted red pepper strips, drained
- 96 slices Medium red onions, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- Mix mustard, oil and vinegar with wire whisk until well blended.
- For each serving: Spread 1 bread slice with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture; cover with 6 salami slices, 1 cheese slice, 2 Tbsp.
- red pepper strips and 2 onion rings.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture; cover with second bread slice.
- Cut in half.
- Insert frilled toothpick in each half to secure.
