Tabouleh Salad
- 2 cups bulgur wheat
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely snipped
- 13 cup lemon juice
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons mint, snipped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- lettuce leaf
- Soak bulgar wheat in 2 cups hot water, lemon juice and oil for one hour.
- Stir in everything else, except the lettuce.
- Chill.
- Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates.
