Pistachio Almond Pudding Cake Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl.
  2. Blend then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 min.
  3. Pour into 10 inch fluted tube or possibly tube pan which has been greased and floured.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
  5. Cold 15 min.
  6. Remove from pan when cold sufficient.
