Apple Chutney 4u

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook at medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Simmer until mixture thickens and mounds in spoon when stirred.
  4. Pour into sterilized jars, seal and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  5. Yield: 4 half pints.
